Free Trial and Getting Started

Are you interested in trying our AI Assistants with your resource data and guidelines? We make it easy to see how well it can work for you.

Free Trial

Take advantage of our 7-day Free Trial and find out how well our AI Assistants can work with your data, your style guide and your taxonomy customizations. Just follow the steps on the "Getting Started" list below.

Your Free Trial starts once the Yanzio AI Assistants have finished running on your data and we send you an email invitation. You'll then be able to look at detailed AI-powered recommendations on up to 10% of all of your records (maximum 1,000 records during free trial).

At the end of the Free Trial, we'll either transition you into one of our ongoing plans, or if you choose not to proceed we'll delete your data after 30 days.

Yes, we can import data from your system

We've already imported data from every major I&R software vendor, several new entrants, and the United Way Worldwide National Data Platform.

Getting Started

Whether you're seeking a Free Trial or are ready to commit to a full plan, here's how to join the Yanzio platform so our AI Assistants can start working for you.

And if you need help understanding and implementing the results, we're working with DGI Associates. They have a team of Certified Resource Specialists - Database Curators who have become experts on the Yanzio AI Assistants, ready to help.

1  Provide your materials

Recent export of your resource data in a standard format
This can be one or more CSV files or a direct API connection to your vendor or the United Way Worldwide National Data Platform.

Your Style Guide
PDF, Word or any other format. If you prefer, we can use the Inform USA or any other Style Guide instead.

Your customized taxonomy

Ideally in CSV format too.

Other guidelines you follow

If you have supporting materials like taxonomy indexing best practices, provide those too in any format.

The Software License Agreement

To protect both parties, we'll both electronically sign an agreement. Among other things, it states that you always retain full ownership of your data.

2  Yanzio AI Assistants start

Data importation

First we'll get your resource data into our systems. This typically takes 1-2 days.

AI Training

While the import is running, we'll train our AI Assistants on your style guide, customized taxonomy and any other guidelines you provided.

AI Assistant processing

When both of the above are done, we'll run all of our AI Assistants on your data. Expect 3-5 days for the first full run.

3  Explore the results

Initial walk-through with us

To get you acquainted with navigating to the AI Assistants' recommendations, we can optionally get on a Zoom to give you a tour of our secure web-based system and answer any questions.

Welcome emails

We'll send login instructions to you and any other member of your team who you authorize to access the results.

Explore the results

You'll then be able to dive into results from all of our AI Assistants.

We retain the names and unique identifiers of your resource records. Within every set of recommendations are clickable links that will open the record in your I&R software system, so you can start making the changes you want.

4 Ongoing

Keeping up with your updates

Your data will continue to change over time. We'll work with you to get your exports imported into Yanzio on a regular basis so our AI Assistants are working on your latest data, either via CSV or APIs.

Connect your I&R software

The Yanzio API can provide your AI Assistant results to your I&R Software. Once connected you can see our recommendations directly in that system, record-by-record, field-by-field.
