Yanzio is part of the team selected to build the new Community Information Exchange (CIE) for Smart Columbus and Franklin County, Ohio.

Smart Columbus—supported by the Columbus Partnership and leadership from major corporations such as JPMorganChase, KPMG, Honda, Nationwide, and Goodwill—is advancing connected social infrastructure for a metro area of 2.2 million residents. The selection followed a rigorous, community‑driven process that included 80 RFP downloads, 26 vendor applications, 30 reviewers from 20 organizations, 5 semi‑finalist demos, and 3 finalist, full‑day on‑site interviews.

This award reflects a collaborative, multi‑organization approach to modern social care. The project team brings together complementary domain expertise, including:

• World Institute on Disability (WID) — Equity and accessibility expertise

Together, we will help build infrastructure that makes it easier for residents to access support and easier for providers to deliver whole‑person care.

Our Role: AI for Trustworthy, Expandable Data

Yanzio’s mandate is to ensure the trustworthiness of the CIE’s resource data—and to expand its coverage.

• Data Integrity: Our AI Assistants continuously identify inconsistencies, gaps, and outdated records that traditional approaches frequently overlook.
• Discovery & Expansion: Our Discovery Tool surfaces potential services missing from the directory and queues them for human curator review and verification.

We believe future‑ready human services require dramatically better data quality—and that trustworthy data is the foundation for interoperability, governance, and outcomes measurement.
